You thought life would be easier by now.

But every time you catch your breath, another challenge comes your way.

You've mastered the art of resilience.

Surviving, adapting, overcoming. It's woven into the fabric of who you are.

Trauma Therapy can provide relief.

As a trauma therapist for over a decade, I’ve learned that the body uses symptoms as communication.

When you went through tough experiences, the conditions required for healing weren’t there.

You didn’t have a space safe enough to process the big emotions and overwhelming sensations. Or people who responded with compassion, protection, and care.

Your body was wise.

It knew that wasn't the right time to feel everything.

It would have left you too vulnerable.

So healing was put on pause.

But your body never forgot what happened.

While your mind may have found ways to disconnect, your body has always been aware of the pain you’re carrying.

It’s been carrying it with you.

Always striving for completion, it’s been sending out symptoms like flares, shouting:

Hey, down here! This needs some attention and care.”

Your Body Holds the

Trauma

The emotional and physical pain.

But traditional talk therapy doesn't include it in the healing.

Let's change that.
